Causes for Warts
Warts are
mainly caused when the skin comes in contact with the virus HPV. They need a
direct access to the soft part under your skin and that is why damaged areas
are more prone to these infections. Pickled hangnails or even area that has
been cut during shaving can assist the virus to bypass the top layer of your
skin and enter it.
Warts are contagious and can easily transfer from one
person to another. Warts are also known to spread from part of your body to
another, which is why people are instructed to be vigilant and careful. If you
touch and pick at warts and later touch another part of your body, you will
help them spread.
